Sr Manager, Financial & Regulatory Reporting

Location: On site in Lone Tree, CO; Chicago, IL; East Naples, FL; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: USD $91,800–$160,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Oversee and authorize mutual fund and ETF regulatory filings, including SEC Forms N-CSR, N-CSR iXBRL, N-1A, 24f-2, and 17f-2.
• Support SEC Forms N-MFP, N-PORT, and N-CEN, as well as shareholder reports, holdings, and financial statements.
• Lead reporting cycles, coordinate filing schedules, and ensure regulatory and disclosure requirements are met.
• Oversee third-party fund administrators and assess their preparation quality and performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation across reporting reviews.
• Present financial and regulatory reporting standards and processes to senior management, including the CFO and CEO as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; accounting, finance, or economics preferred.
• At least 6 years of direct mutual fund administration experience, including financial reporting, fund accounting, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of mutual fund and ETF regulatory filings and financial reporting requirements, including N-CSR, N-CSR iXBRL, N-1A, 24f-2, 17f-2, N-PORT, and N-MFP.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain deadlines.
• Ability to improve quality, accuracy, and due diligence while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Nice to have

• Financial reporting experience with interval funds, private-market investments, private 3c-7 liquidity funds, tokenized funds, or crypto ETPs.
• Experience identifying opportunities for change and implementing automation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
