Manager - Funds Transfer Pricing or Balance Sheet Management

Location: Westlake, TX, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: USD $85,500–$150,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Develop and implement an updated funds transfer pricing framework and methodology.
• Lead the development of models and infrastructure supporting the future-state FTP framework.
• Work cross-functionally to source data and build FTP infrastructure.
• Develop analytics and reporting, including net interest margin decomposition by business line, product, and Treasury Center.
• Support FTP methodology, monthly production, analytics, and approaches for existing methodologies and new products.
• Educate stakeholders on FTP use cases and influence leaders on framework changes and risk-return optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in treasury, funds transfer pricing, interest rate risk, finance, and/or ALM roles, plus 4+ years of general finance experience.
• Experience using coding languages to automate and improve finance processes.
• Familiarity with industry-leading funds transfer pricing methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, emotional intelligence, executive presence, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver across numerous stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, large complex datasets, control frameworks, or fixed-income investment modeling and analytics.
• Experience with PolyPaths, ALM, QRM, Calypso, or other FTP and ALM software.
• Professional certification such as CFA, FRM, or PRM.
