What you will do

• Implement and refine operational frameworks, workflows, and rituals connecting design strategy to delivery.
• Lead multi-team design initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Partner with product management, technical program management, and engineering to align planning and execution.
• Coordinate design reviews from early squad reviews through leadership checkpoints.
• Identify workflow friction and improve planning, collaboration, communication, and delivery practices.
• Support design leadership with prioritization, staffing visibility, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or cross-functional delivery supporting design or product teams.
• Strong understanding of design workflows, tools, and review processes in digital product environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and introduce operational improvements.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Employment requires compliance with United States work authorization verification requirements.
