Customer Experience Launch Readiness Manager

Location: Remote

Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own CX readiness plans for new products, market types, and geography launches from kickoff through stable handoff.
• Partner with Product teams during planning to identify support needs, risks, and CX requirements.
• Build and manage pilot support pods, including staffing, tooling, and day-to-day launch operations.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and QA criteria with the Enablement team.
• Track contact rates, issue trends, and customer satisfaction, then provide recommendations to Product.
• Define launch stability criteria and build readiness frameworks for international expansion involving languages, regulatory context, and external partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in support operations, program management, or product operations.
• Direct experience owning launch readiness or go-live planning for new products, market types, or geographies.
• Experience building SOPs and training programs from scratch.
• Strong partnership and influence with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, create processes, communicate clearly in writing, and reliably close operational details.
