Manager, Liquidity Analytics and Regulatory Reporting (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Westlake, TX; Lone Tree, CO; Omaha, NE; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: USD $85,500–$150,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Develop business requirements and process documentation for liquidity regulatory reporting enhancements.
• Analyze and validate LCR, NSFR, and FR2052a reports for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support daily regulatory submissions, UAT validation, defect investigation, and resolution of data discrepancies.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, analytical models, and automation solutions using data from databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Act as a Treasury liaison for liquidity monitoring tools, analytical frameworks, regulatory change assessments, and implementation planning.
• Present findings and recommendations while supporting initiative prioritization, system dependency analysis, and long-term reporting improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience in a financial organization.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, strategic planning, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, particularly in banking and broker-dealer environments.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, including analysis of large datasets and complex queries.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and maintain accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from one of the listed U.S. locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with FR2052a, LCR, or NSFR regulatory reporting.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or AxiomSL ControllerView.
