Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer

Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay, with 4–5 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time and occasional client meetings.

hirify.global is hiring for an AI-native consulting and implementation partner that modernizes critical client workflows with generative AI, automation, and cloud platforms.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of full-stack features from UI and backend development through deployment.
• Build production generative AI systems using RAG, tool-calling, agent workflows, structured prompting, evaluations, and guardrails.
• Prototype rapidly and harden systems for security, reliability, auditability, and cost control.
• Make technical decisions about architecture patterns, trade-offs, and scope boundaries.
• Collaborate directly with strategists, clients, and senior engineers to deliver client solutions.
• Handle light DevOps responsibilities, including environments, CI/CD, secrets, and deployments.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of production software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on experience shipping generative AI features in real products.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, with experience using React, Next.js, Node.js, and SQL databases such as Postgres.
• Experience with caches, vector stores, cloud platforms, and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Ability to design secure production systems with RBAC, secrets management, auditability, and PII-aware data handling.
• English at B2–C1 level and availability for 4–5 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Prior consulting or agency delivery experience.
