Master Fullstack Developer (AI, BI & Digital Product Improvement)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards as the primary day-to-day focus.
• Support the Tessera web platform through fixes, enhancements, and UX improvements.
• Implement self-contained product epics and cloud infrastructure integrations for real-time collaboration.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and select AI models for diverse applications, including prompt engineering.
• Develop proofs of concept and experiment with emerging AI use cases.
• Contribute to technical strategy and challenge assumptions shaping future digital products.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development background with successfully completed projects.
• Experience with application architecture and enterprise component integration across the stack.
• Mandatory proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of TypeScript, React, TanStack Query, Material UI, Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with AI/ML projects that progressed beyond prototyping into rigorous evaluation and iterative deployment.
• Comfort working in an existing codebase with attention to UX and user needs.
