Project Manager - Marketing & Sales Data Products

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per month

What you will do

• Manage marketing and sales data products across international projects.
• Coordinate communication and facilitation with diverse stakeholders.
• Work with decentralized teams and support agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban.
• Coordinate data integration, data modeling, and data quality activities.
• Drive knowledge transfer and enablement across project participants.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Strong communication, facilitation, structured, independent, and solution-oriented working skills.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
• Very good English skills and availability for hybrid work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CRM, marketing, or sales data integration.
• Experience in international projects or with decentralized teams.
