What you will do
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are scalable, reliable, and mission-critical.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration.
- Collaborate directly with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents addressing business challenges at scale.
- Contribute to the evolution of 's core platform by prototyping new tools and features based on customer needs.
- Develop agents capable of long-term goal pursuit, personalization, conversational discovery, troubleshooting, and voice persona experiences.
Requirements
- Location: Must work on-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production AI/LLM systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to work directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience as a founder or founding engineer balancing craft, ownership, and speed.
- Familiarity with AI agent tooling such as eval frameworks, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Prior roles interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
