What you will do

• Execute risk-based compliance testing and control monitoring according to approved plans, standards, and procedures.
• Review business data, samples, evidence, policies, procedures, and system records for compliance with control requirements.
• Prepare testing workpapers, observations, exceptions, and supported conclusions.
• Analyze trends, root causes, corrective actions, control performance, and remediation progress.
• Build reports, dashboards, metrics, and automated workflows using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Maintain GRC information and collaborate with Risk and Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and other business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, compliance, risk management, quality assurance, audit, operations, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data, evidence, documentation, requirements, and controls.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Clear professional writing, evidence organization, sound judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Internship, academic project, certification, or early-career experience in analytics, controls, compliance, audit, risk, operations, or technology enablement.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with GRC systems, issue tracking, workflow management, control testing, or evidence-based review.
• Interest in responsible AI, intelligent automation, data governance, technology controls, financial services, nonprofit operations, or charitable giving.
