What you will do

• Design and deliver working integrations and demos with startups, founders, and strategic partners.
• Build polished reference implementations independently and co-create integrations and applications with external teams.
• Lead technical engagements, helping partners navigate the platform and make sound architectural decisions.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and create playbooks, templates, and reusable approaches.
• Synthesize partner feedback and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and API owners on product improvements.
• Help define operating processes, improve execution quality, and support colleagues working with partners and startups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, partner-facing, or customer-facing engineering role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Developer Relations.
• Strong hands-on ability to build functional integrations, demos, and reference implementations.
• Ability to deliver complex technical work quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Experience turning one-off technical work into scalable playbooks, templates, or processes.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and influencing cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and technical expertise.
• Experience working with startups or external ecosystems is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Background in payments, fintech infrastructure, or developer platforms.
• Experience with AI agents, programmable workflows, or similar emerging use cases.
• Experience creating demos or reference implementations adopted more broadly.
