TL;DR
Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst (Cybersecurity): Planning and conducting multi-discipline intelligence analysis for highly classified Air Force and Department of Defense programs with an accent on counterintelligence, security assessments, and sensitive activity coordination. Focus on identifying vulnerabilities, producing threat analyses and written recommendations, and briefing senior officials while protecting national security information.

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, onsite. U.S. citizenship is required; travel required 10–25%.

Salary: $93,662–$106,260 per year.

What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and evaluate Air Force and Department of Defense security programs, plans, and sensitive activities.
  • Review and coordinate highly classified proposals involving intelligence collection programs and Special Access Programs.
  • Research intelligence sources, assess information reliability, and produce written analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Identify security vulnerabilities, evaluate compliance with directives and regulations, and prepare threat assessments.
  • Coordinate with analysts, agencies, and departments while providing customer support and subject matter expertise.
  • Brief senior Air Force and Department of Defense officials while protecting sensitive capabilities, intent, and vulnerabilities.

Requirements

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Four or more years of intelligence or counterintelligence experience in a Department of Defense component.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph.
  • Strong research, analytical, written, oral communication, critical-thinking, collaboration, and project-management skills.
