Local Coordinator (Education)

Location: United States; fully remote/work-from-home with occasional local visits

What you will do

• Recruit and screen host families for international high school students.
• Build relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other partners.
• Match students with suitable host families and support placements.
• Provide ongoing support, conduct regular check-ins, and mediate concerns involving students and host families.
• Complete monthly progress reports and required documentation.
• Participate in community outreach, host family recruitment, and cultural exchange initiatives.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local visits required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, work independently, and maintain regular communication.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous sales or recruiting experience is preferred; relevant experience may include volunteer management, community outreach, education, student services, social work, or nonprofit organizations.
