VIP Executive Host (iGaming)

Location: Remote, based in Toronto, ON; travel and attendance at events throughout the United States and Canada required

Salary: CAD 80,000–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Establish and manage a portfolio of top-tier VIP gaming accounts.
• Build personalized player relationships and drive incremental gaming revenue through tailored service, communications, offers, and hospitality.
• Lead host and associate teams, provide performance updates, and coach team members.
• Monitor player behavior, use reporting and analysis, and support business decisions and sales performance initiatives.
• Coordinate outbound campaigns, special events, offsite marketing events, and high-level customer events.
• Ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations, policies, procedures, and risk-management requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of gaming experience, including at least 1 year with an online gaming operation.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related role, with experience in customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing, or account management.
• Excellent computer and communication skills, including strong Excel skills and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency with data management tools and the ability to interpret player tracking screens, reports, and documentation.
• Resilience and professionalism when handling difficult customer interactions.
• Passion for sports, casino, and/or sports and casino betting; ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada.
