Player Development Executive (iGaming)

What you will do

• Drive net revenue through proactive sales tactics for new and existing VIP customers.
• Develop strong relationships with premier players, deliver VIP services, and build player loyalty.
• Track VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver the VIP experience and resolve customer issues.
• Analyze player data to identify trends and improve player performance and customer experience.
• Apply VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines while participating in escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of experience in gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
• Experience improving operational efficiency through successful strategies.
• Knowledge of revenue growth and expense control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on improving the player experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
• Work authorization and eligibility to work remotely in Canada, Ontario.
