VIP Host, Predictions (iGaming)

Location: Remote - US; willingness to travel and work nights and weekends is required.

What you will do

• Build and maintain authentic, trusted relationships with the most engaged players.
• Execute the VIP engagement strategy to drive customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
• Manage player communications, national and local events, and escalation responses.
• Introduce relevant games, promotions, channels, and platforms based on market and player needs.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and identify revenue opportunities.
• Follow VIP engagement and responsible gaming policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make quick, confident decisions using data and trends.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming and financial licenses.
• Availability to travel and work nights and weekends.
