National Gaming Host (iGaming)

Location: Remote - US; willingness to travel and work nights and weekends is required.

What you will do

• Build and cultivate trusted relationships with highly engaged customers.
• Execute the daily strategy for the VIP engagement program.
• Manage player relationships through national and local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Develop customer relationships and promotions to create new business revenue and strengthen loyalty.
• Collect customer feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities.
• Follow VIP policies, guidelines, and responsible gaming requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make quick, confident decisions using data and trends.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming and financial licenses.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
