Regional VP - Annuity Division - Southern CA

Location: Remote work from the United States; territory includes Southern California, Arizona, and Utah

Salary: $60,750 annually, plus cash compensation through a sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain annuity production through a detailed territory business plan.
• Train, motivate, and build working relationships with financial institutions and top producers.
• Execute annuity wholesaling activities across assigned independent distribution territories.
• Coordinate regional business plans with internal wholesalers and support the sales team.
• Drive advisor activity, relationship growth, and sales performance.
• Support corporate objectives and manage company resources as a leader within the Annuity Distribution group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
• Proven record of developing sales results within an assigned territory.
• State Life and Health License.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

• Previous external sales management experience.
• Experience across all annuity distribution channels.
