What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing, sales, and client service programs for institutional clients and prospects in the United States.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of institutional clients.
• Work with senior Institutional Services colleagues to develop regional opportunities.
• Lead complex technical investment discussions and client review meetings.
• Provide feedback on strategies and market trends to executive, sales, and investment management teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor and intellectual contributor to prospects and clients.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of investment sales experience, ideally at an institutional asset manager.
• Proven success managing long and complex sales cycles.
• Strong professional and personal integrity with high ethical standards.
• Initiative, accountability, sound judgment, and consistent attention to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining technical investment approaches and selling points.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
