What you will do

• Evaluate psychological frameworks such as Big Five/OCEAN, HEXACO, and DISC for use in voice-based psychological inference.
• Build and maintain a construct map connecting constructs, dimensions, indicators, survey items, and scores.
• Design, pilot, validate, and refine psychometric surveys, including scoring rules, reverse-coded items, attention checks, and response-quality controls.
• Conduct reliability, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, validity testing, test-retest analysis, and IRT where appropriate.
• Partner with AI, Data, and Product teams to convert psychometric responses into training labels and define model evaluation metrics.
• Evaluate bias and measurement invariance across languages, cultures, and populations while setting scientific limits for voice-based predictions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree preferred: MSc or PhD in Psychometrics, Quantitative Psychology, Psychological Measurement, I/O Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience designing, validating, and refining psychometric instruments.
• Strong statistical foundation in factor analysis, reliability, validity, and measurement theory.
• Experience working with imperfect behavioral datasets and making evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and product teams.
• Python or R experience is highly desirable; IRT experience is a strong plus.
