WiFi Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer / Principal Software Engineer (Embedded Wi-Fi)

What you will do

• Design and develop Wi-Fi software and firmware for enterprise access points, embedded clients, and other wireless technologies.
• Research and implement technologies supporting industrial features and IEEE/WFA specifications.
• Contribute to the full IC life cycle, including specification design, pre-silicon validation, chip bring-up, and software development.
• Perform software integration, testing, troubleshooting, and silicon validation.
• Engage with and support customers remotely or onsite as needed.

Requirements

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in C programming.
• For Senior level: 4+ years of related semiconductor experience.
• For Principal level: 8+ years of related semiconductor experience.
• Strong embedded software development, integration, testing, and troubleshooting skills for Senior and Principal levels.
• Teamwork, communication, writing skills, independence, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Wi-Fi firmware or driver development for IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax.
• Linux, Android, or Windows Wi-Fi driver programming.
• FreeRTOS or ThreadX programming experience.
• ARM assembly knowledge and low-level silicon bring-up or validation experience.
• PCIe, USB, or SDIO bus interface experience.
