What you will do
- Build the software foundation for AI PCs across Windows, Linux, firmware, and platform integration.
- Develop and support large-scale systems software and platform engineering solutions.
- Work on resource governance, memory management, system performance, and platform architecture.
- Integrate firmware and BIOS with operating systems and platform software.
- Optimize CPU, GPU, and NPU workloads, including power and thermal management.
- Collaborate across software, platform, hardware, and ecosystem teams on next-generation AI-powered products.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs, masterβs, or equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Typically 8+ years of experience in systems software, platform engineering, operating systems, firmware, infrastructure, distributed systems, performance engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong software development experience with C++, C#, Python, Rust, or related technologies.
- Experience building and supporting large-scale software platforms.
- Experience working across software, platform, hardware, and ecosystem teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Windows or Linux platforms, AI PC architecture, client computing, firmware, or BIOS.
- Background in platform software, resource management, infrastructure engineering, or performance engineering.
