Player Protection Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Handle KYC, AML, safer gambling queues, document reviews, withdrawal processing, player responses, telephone interactions, and escalations.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and affordability checks in line with UK regulatory standards.
• Assess risks triggered by customer behaviour, system alerts, and internal reports.
• Identify signs of problem gambling, fraud, and financial crime through analysis of player activity.
• Conduct empathetic check-in calls with players showing risk markers.
• Work with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams, support escalations, and meet quality, SLA, resolution, and satisfaction KPIs.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an AML or safer gambling role within the gambling industry.
• At least one year of experience conducting safer gambling interaction calls.
• Strong working knowledge of UKGC regulations.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, sound judgement, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and organised approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Genuine interest in player safety and responsible gambling.
