Software Developer III Fullstack .NET/Angular

Location: Hybrid in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full-stack applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and MS SQL Server.
• Lead complex features, integrations, and enhancements across frontend, API, and database layers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical designs supporting scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote modern development practices and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex production and non-production issues and improve application performance, reliability, observability, and security.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, architects, and cross-functional partners to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience; candidates with a Master’s degree may have 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, Angular, and modern web application architectures.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server, including query development, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise-scale application, API, and database layers, system integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native or distributed services.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, SVN, or CVS.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
