What you will do

• Develop and deliver software features using agentic coding workflows, including code generation, multi-step execution, and autonomous problem solving.
• Design and configure multi-agent workflows for the LCI digital platform.
• Evolve the production Claude Code multi-agent setup through specialized agents, skills, and hooks.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and spec-driven development to transform structured requirements into functional code.
• Architect, build, and deploy solutions on a composable MACH platform using Uniform, Vercel, Coveo, Segment, and Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify AI integration opportunities and share development best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• At least 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience in a modern web environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with Full-Stack AI, agentic workflows, and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or Supabase; candidates with at least 1 year of combined experience may also be considered.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript within a modern web stack, including familiarity with Next and Vercel.
• Experience with composable or MACH architecture, headless CMS, API-first systems, and microservices.
• Fluency in French and professional fluency in English are required. An active GitHub account and a LinkedIn profile included in the resume are also required.
