What you will do

• Identify and recruit authentic creators with audience trust and reach.
• Lead onboarding calls and guide creators through joining the platform.
• Manage a portfolio of creators as the primary point of contact.
• Match creators with campaigns aligned with their brand, values, and audience.
• Conduct regular check-ins, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support campaign compliance.
• Maintain creator records and pipelines in CRM tools and share creator insights to inform platform improvements and campaign strategy.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and similar productivity tools.
• Experience using one or more CRM tools, such as Monday.com.
• Strong communication, project management, strategic marketing, and creative thinking skills.
