What you will do

• Review and validate application and program data for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely processing.
• Support the planning, testing, launch, and implementation of new programs, products, processes, and system enhancements.
• Document business needs and requirements with internal and external stakeholders for customer- and client-facing initiatives.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, process validation, issue resolution, and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, timelines, system monitoring, risk identification, and process improvements.
• Maintain reporting and performance metrics, develop operational reports, and support compliance with contractual requirements and program objectives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas.
• Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
