Program Manager, Customer Care Services

Location: Hybrid US Remote, based in the central region of the United States; preference for Michigan or the upper Midwest. Work may be performed from a local hirify.global office or from home. Travel to central-region hirify.global offices may be required up to six times per year.

Salary: Starting compensation of $115,000–$120,000 annually. The full-time pay range is $98,614–$167,644.

What you will do

• Manage residential and commercial energy programs with a focus on customer care and participant experience.
• Monitor application pipelines, performance metrics, rebate payments, workforce capacity, and program goals.
• Lead meetings and business reviews with clients, subcontractors, implementation teams, and hirify.global management.
• Own financial forecasting, budgeting, revenue and cost management, margin performance, billing coordination, and monthly reporting.
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop employees, including performance management, career development, and workforce planning.
• Monitor process quality, manage escalations and root-cause analysis, and maintain program policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience managing programs or projects with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and revenue and cost management.
• At least three years of experience leading and developing teams, including mentoring, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
