Program Lead – Technology Strategy & Delivery

What you will do

• Lead medium-to-high complexity technology programs from objective definition through execution, service transition, and business-as-usual improvement.
• Own the technology strategy and roadmap, translating business goals into delivery plans aligned with enterprise architecture and innovation priorities.
• Establish governance, risk, compliance, service management, and performance frameworks across technology initiatives.
• Engage senior leaders, business stakeholders, technology partners, and suppliers to communicate outcomes and secure delivery alignment.
• Identify and deliver opportunities in automation, cloud adoption, and digital transformation.
• Manage budgets, resources, delivery risks, KPIs, benefits realization, lessons learned, and mentoring for project managers.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering complex technology programs end to end.
• Essential experience in financial services; Life & Pensions experience is desirable.
• Strong background delivering regulatory and risk change in highly controlled environments.
• Experience with modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and digital platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery methods, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million budgets, mitigate risks, influence senior stakeholders, and manage external partners.
