Digital Marketing Account Manager (Google Business Profile & Local SEO): Managing and growing a portfolio of 15–20 client accounts through Google Business Profile optimization, Local SEO execution, and monthly performance reporting with an accent on local search visibility, citation management, NAP consistency, and client communication. Focus on presenting campaign insights, improving local rankings, coordinating delivery, and identifying retention and account growth opportunities.
Location: Mexico; remote; U.S. business hours, with LATAM preferred

What you will do
- Manage approximately 15–20 client accounts from onboarding through ongoing delivery.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and execute Local SEO strategies to improve local search visibility and rankings.
- Manage citations, NAP consistency, reviews, local ranking factors, and ongoing optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, campaign insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, improve workflows, and manage tools that support service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve retention, account growth, and upsell potential.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on execution.
- Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and strong knowledge of Local SEO.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and preparing and presenting performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability during U.S. business hours; LATAM-based candidates are preferred.

- Experience selecting and implementing digital marketing tools.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
