Employee Solutions Analyst

Location: Onsite in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Provide daily operational support to the Employee Solutions Contact Center.
• Resolve systems issues and prepare operational reports and analyses.
• Deliver training and communication support, and monitor calls and cases.
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives with limited supervision.
• Measure operations and support Contact Center expansion projects to improve productivity.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in project management, analysis and reporting, financial planning, business consulting, process improvement, or operational analysis.
• Strong influencing and persuasion, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Excellent business understanding.
• Current TOEIC score of at least 600 points required.
• Onsite work at the Mexico City location is required.
