What you will do
- Analyze complex data, systems, and business issues within the customer experience function.
- Develop and communicate reports, recommendations, and performance insights for key stakeholders and senior management.
- Support or lead projects related to customer experience business control, portfolio management, and planning.
- Manage governance planning, prioritization, portfolio execution, scope changes, and program performance reporting.
- Monitor customer experience spending, budget forecasts, risks, audits, and resource utilization.
- Apply quality assurance, ISO compliance, operating controls, and project delivery frameworks.
Requirements
- Onsite work in Cuautitlán, Mexico.
- Experience conducting systematic, in-depth research and analysis of complex issues.
- Ability to prepare reports and recommendations for senior and executive management.
- Knowledge of business control, portfolio planning, governance, risk management, KPI management, and quality assurance.
- Valid TOEIC test with a minimum score of 600 points. The result must be valid for two years from the test date.
