Senior Software Engineer (Oracle/NetSuite)

Location: U.S. Remote; candidates must already have U.S. work authorization and must not require sponsorship now or in the future

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of Fastpath Assure connectors across NetSuite, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Cloud, with NetSuite as the primary focus.
• Define the technology and implementation roadmap in partnership with product management and engineering leadership.
• Develop data extraction logic, SuiteScript queries, saved searches, scripts, and integration components for security data and audit trail tracking.
• Model NetSuite and Oracle security constructs, including roles, permissions, responsibilities, RBAC, grants, and multi-organization access controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to define requirements, troubleshoot integrations, and communicate technical decisions.
• Use AI coding agents, mentor engineers, contribute to customer content, and support webinars and technical sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience with SuiteScript 1.0/2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, data models, saved searches, and custom records.
• Oracle E-Business Suite development experience and PL/SQL expertise, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of NetSuite security frameworks and Oracle EBS security structures, including APPS and FND foundation tables.
• Ability to own technical integrations from design through production delivery with minimal guidance and explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must not require any type of U.S. work authorization sponsorship, including F1-OPT, F1-CPT, H-1B, TN, L-1, or J-1.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# .NET or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Oracle GRC, Oracle Risk Management Cloud, Oracle Access Governance, SoD analysis, or identity and access management solutions.
• Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
• Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger concepts and Oracle Workflow RBAC tables.
