ATE Test Hardware Design - Director (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Lead global engineering teams responsible for semiconductor test hardware design, development, and validation.
• Define technical roadmaps and oversee load boards, probe cards, and automated test equipment strategies.
• Drive First Time Right silicon validation and high-volume manufacturing readiness.
• Manage technical risks and ensure timely delivery of quality test hardware.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives, vendor relationships, and hardware technology lifecycle planning.
• Collaborate with test engineering and operations teams on implementation and launch activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in hardware design and development, testing, validation, quality assurance, and risk management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in semiconductor test flows and SI/PI simulation for digital, mixed-signal, high-speed, RF, and mmWave applications.
• Experience with Advantest 93K, Exascale, J750, UltraFlex, UltraFlex+, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of test hardware suppliers and experience leading hardware design initiatives in semiconductor environments.
