What you will do
- Lead global engineering teams responsible for ATE test hardware design and development.
- Define technical roadmaps and oversee load boards, probe cards, and related test hardware for semiconductor products.
- Drive First Time Right silicon validation and high-volume manufacturing readiness.
- Develop and implement test hardware design, integration, and validation strategies.
- Manage technical risks, hardware quality, delivery, vendors, and technology lifecycle planning.
- Collaborate with BL Test Engineering and Operations on test hardware development.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hardware design and development, testing, validation, quality assurance, and risk management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in semiconductor test flows and SI/PI simulation for digital, mixed-signal, high-speed, RF, and mmWave systems.
- Experience with Advantest 93K, Exascale, J750, UltraFlex, UltraFlex+, or similar ATE platforms.
- Knowledge of test hardware suppliers and experience coordinating multiple initiatives and vendor relationships.
