Stock Loan Operations Specialist (Securities Lending)

Location: On site in Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: USD $30.29–$33.65 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Support the securities lending trading desk in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Perform cash balancing, firm account reconciliation, and rate changes.
• Process securities lending transactions with traders and counterparties.
• Manage regulatory compliance related to securities lending operations.
• Provide accurate and timely operational support to help deliver a strong client experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of financial services experience.
• Strong working knowledge of securities lending operations.
• Knowledge of DTCC/CNS.
• Experience with Rule 204 delivery obligations, Customer Protection Rule 15c3-3, Regulation SHO, clearance and settlement, firm account reconciliation, and regulatory and risk-based rules.
• Ability to work on site in Orlando, Florida.
• Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, written, verbal communication, and issue-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Loanet (FIS).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4-plus years of equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7 license.
• Experience mitigating regulatory and financial risk in a fast-moving environment.
