Company

hirify.global provides an innovative health data platform and data management solutions used in more than 20 countries.

What you will do

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for scalable data ingestion modules and standalone microservices.
  • Productize event-driven and streaming pipelines using Kafka and Apache Spark Structured Streaming for high-volume healthcare records.
  • Define Databricks and Medallion Architecture requirements, including optimized Silver and Gold datasets using Delta Lake and Parquet.
  • Own product requirements for FHIR-native Master Data Management, deterministic and probabilistic patient matching, survivorship logic, and Golden Records.
  • Build exception management workflows covering Dead-Letter Queues, data steward interfaces, record merges and unmerges, and structured error reporting.
  • Define idempotent replay mechanisms for corrected payloads and collaborate with engineering architects on latency, scalability, and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience with backend data platforms, distributed data engineering products, or big-data ingestion systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of distributed computing and experience productizing Apache Spark batch or streaming solutions.
  • Deep familiarity with Databricks, Medallion Architecture, Delta Lake, Parquet, and columnar analytics strategies.
  • Experience with Master Data Management, entity resolution, identity matching, event-driven architectures, Dead-Letter Queues, and data remediation workflows.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL and Python to analyze datasets, validate engine output, and define logic rules.

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7 FHIR, C-CDA, or HL7 v2.
  • Exposure to SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, or ICD-10.
  • Familiarity with SQL-on-FHIR analytics standards.

Culture & Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement for candidates in Canada.
  • Role created to support continued growth and operational excellence.
  • Benefits are offered, with specific details not provided in the posting.
