Project Manager (Early Career | Open to Fresh Grads)

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.
• Manage experiments from idea through build, launch, and analysis.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep deliverables on track.
• Build and maintain a roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments.
• Explain testing plans, set expectations, and lead weekly client progress and results meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining clarity and momentum.

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates, especially Economics, Math, or Finance majors.
• Strong organization, diligence, and attention to timelines and checklists.
• Proactive, clear communication with clients and teammates.
• Fast learning ability, high agency, and interest in technology and design.
• Prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is not required; training is provided.
• Must be based in Argentina.
