Client Relationship Manager 1 - Real Assets (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for a limited portfolio of fund structures.
• Coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice for client relationships.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures manuals and ISAE checklist templates.
• Attend and minute client board and shareholder meetings.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, distribution, and filing of periodic financial statements in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Act as a “B” level four-eyes signatory, support client billing and aged debtor management, and supervise staff training and appraisals.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification at ICSA Diploma level or equivalent.
• Proven relevant experience in financial services and strong technical financial services knowledge.
• Experience managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship.
• Some people management experience.
• Ability to act as a “B” level Authorised Signatory.
