Senior Marketing Engineer- Robotics

What you will do

• Drive the robotics segment strategy in China.
• Identify market needs and trends and translate them into product and system solution requirements.
• Work with architects and systems engineering teams to deliver system-level robotics solutions.
• Lead key customer engagements and convert them into design wins.
• Scale successful design wins through ecosystems, partners, and channels.
• Provide input into new product development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; electrical engineering is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or systems engineering.
• Experience in robotics, autonomy, perception, motion control, embedded systems, or adjacent markets.
• Experience in marketing management, semiconductors, go-to-market strategy, and scaling solutions through partners.
• Understanding of software and hardware components and ability to work cross-functionally with senior technical and business leaders.
• Fluent Mandarin and English; customer-centric, collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
