What you will do
- Configure and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, onsite notifications, and promotional pages.
- Use data and reporting tools to support segmentation, targeting, and campaign timing decisions.
- Analyze campaign performance through Google Sheets, Tableau, and CRM analytics, then recommend improvements.
- Build, manage, and validate player segments in CRM platforms such as Fast Track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and player engagement strategies.
- Ensure campaigns comply with responsible gaming policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Fast Track, including campaign workflows and segmentation logic.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail, ownership, and a results-driven approach.
