What you will do

• Set up, launch, and analyze daily, weekly, themed, and holiday CRM campaigns.
• Create monthly promotional plans and optimize automated trigger-based, welcome, and lifecycle communication flows.
• Manage email, push, SMS, onsite, in-app, and messenger communications.
• Segment players by lifecycle stage, gaming activity, and payment behavior.
• Define and monitor campaign KPIs, including open rate, CTR, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Coordinate CRM planning, reporting, player feedback, and cross-functional execution with VIP, Promo, BI, Product, Content, and Support teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a CRM Manager in gaming.
• Strong understanding of retention metrics, analytics, personalized communications, and automated campaign flows.
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io, Braze, Smartico, or similar platforms.
• Copywriting skills, including AI-assisted copywriting, and basic HTML for email templates.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required for team communication.
