What you will do

• Design and adapt mathematical, statistical, predictive, qualitative, and quantitative models for readiness analysis.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and automation tools for tenant units.
• Build data-driven dashboards and digital products using Power Apps, Power BI, and Python.
• Gather, cleanse, validate, and analyze data to produce reliable findings and identify readiness trends.
• Research advanced statistical methods and recommend solutions where no single approach exists.
• Prepare documentation, user manuals, training guides, and biweekly updates for the Commanding Officer.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in data science, operations research, and custom application development.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative science, computer science, information technology, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with mathematical and statistical modeling, predictive analysis, and data validation.
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, VBA, or R.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance are required.
