ServiceNow Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define ServiceNow solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process designs.
• Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and scalable workflow solutions.
• Support projects from concept and requirements through testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, solution validation, and operational support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst working with ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Employee Center, Workspaces, and Platform Analytics.
• Experience designing workflows through catalog items, automation, and digital process optimization.
• Knowledge of CMDB concepts and service management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum and collaboration across distributed, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA, ITIL, IIBA, or similar certification.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or the public sector.
