Salary: $51,710–$99,770 annual target compensation for an hourly role

What you will do

• Perform operations, equipment, process, and training functions supporting wafer production.
• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and test thin films module equipment.
• Reduce equipment-related defects and support Fab objectives across Fab52, Fab42, Fab32, and Fab12.
• Use technical manuals, specifications, drawings, schematics, test equipment, and problem-solving techniques.
• Work with engineering teams and communicate equipment issues and solutions.
• Support compressed work week schedules across all required shifts, generally consisting of 12-hour shifts from 6 to 6.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus qualifying related hands-on, equipment maintenance, technical, trade, or military experience, or an associate degree in a STEM-related field.
• Analytical problem-solving, testing, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (18 kg) four times per day.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach.

Nice to have

• Advanced-node semiconductor manufacturing or integrated circuit fabrication experience.
• Thin films experience and hands-on preventive or corrective maintenance on 300mm semiconductor equipment.
• Military experience or a bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Knowledge of process control systems and experience interpreting complex schematics and diagrams.
• Experience creating equipment maintenance specifications, procedures, or business processes.
