Salary: $60,967–$103,643 per year

What you will do

  • Coordinate cultural resource programs and environmental reviews for major utility projects in California.
  • Lead and support field efforts, including surveys, monitoring, site recordation, testing, and evaluation.
  • Author or oversee cultural resources reports and manage report deliverables.
  • Obtain and maintain agency cultural resources permits.
  • Coordinate with hirify.global staff, clients, and subconsultants while tracking concurrent tasks and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Archaeology or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cultural resources management.
  • At least 2 years of experience conducting field visits primarily in southern and central California.
  • Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel short term as needed.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with California cultural resources and the associated regulatory environment.
  • Experience with GPS and field data applications such as ESRI Collector, Survey123, or Field Maps.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
