What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated tests with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Manage test cases, plans, execution, and traceability in Xray for Jira.
• Perform exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications.
• Define test strategies and clear acceptance criteria with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts.
• Track and document defects in Jira and support efficient resolution.
• Integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD pipelines while promoting QA best practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of software testing experience with strong hands-on automation expertise.
• Proficiency with Playwright, Node.js, and TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Practical experience managing tests in Jira with Xray.
• Experience with RESTful API testing using Postman or Playwright.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes, plus experience with Git.
• Fluent English and professional French are required; candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• BDD experience with Cucumber or Gherkin.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing with k6 or Playwright-based tools.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
