Expert Product Manager – Data Security (DSPM)

What you will do

• Define the vision, long-term strategy, roadmap, backlog priorities, and release plans for the 1Secure Data Security DSPM product across Pro, Advanced, and Premier tiers.
• Lead DSPM go-to-market and partnership strategy, including cross-portfolio attach opportunities and migration of the Auditor customer base into 1Secure.
• Conduct discovery with CISOs, data security leaders, and compliance stakeholders to shape product requirements and measurable customer value.
• Partner with engineering to deliver cloud-native capabilities for data discovery, classification, access governance, and risk reduction.
• Drive integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cloud storage, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud applications, data sources, SIEM/SOAR/SOC, and XDR solutions.
• Define success metrics such as ARR growth, competitive win rate, trial-to-paid conversion, and customer retention while advancing AI-driven classification and remediation guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4 years in cybersecurity, data security, identity governance, or cloud-native SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of DSPM, Data Access Governance, DLP, IGA, compliance automation, or risk management.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and identity frameworks, including SIEM, SOAR, data lakes, and identity providers.
• Demonstrated success leading a SaaS product from concept or competitive parity to market leadership and ARR growth.
• Experience owning a true multi-tenant SaaS product with continuous delivery and telemetry-driven prioritization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
