What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end claims processes across auto glass and pet insurance.
• Own the existing product, including maintenance, continuous improvement, strategy, priorities, and delivery.
• Lead product discovery with engineers and designers through research, interviews, prototype testing, and hypothesis validation.
• Use qualitative, quantitative, and product analytics to prioritize opportunities and assess impact.
• Communicate product progress and decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
• Partner with commercial teams on go-to-market strategies, launches, and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Experience working in a product trio with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Hands-on experience with user interviews, prototype testing, and market analysis.
• Comfort using product analytics for prioritization and impact measurement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
