Quantitative Researcher (High-Frequency Trading)

What you will do

• Design, build, optimize, and deploy models and algorithms for systematic trading.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and signals for trading strategies.
• Collaborate with traders and technologists to move research models into live production.
• Monitor and refine existing models using live market performance.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional experience as a Quantitative Researcher in a high-frequency trading company.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and linear algebra.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ for implementing models and algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on open-ended problems.
• Ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Experience with deep learning.
