Working Student (m/f/d) Marketing

Location: Based in the Erfurt or Frankfurt area, Germany, with regular on-site attendance and a hybrid working model. The position is fixed-term until 31 March 2027.

What you will do

• Support digital marketing campaigns, social media, content marketing, events, webinars, trade fairs, and lead generation.
• Create and publish content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Research markets, industries, competitors, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Help plan, execute, optimize, and analyze marketing campaign performance.
• Maintain and improve customer and prospect data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate marketing projects with internal teams, external partners, and service providers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, social media, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confident use of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent German and English are required.
• Regular on-site attendance in Erfurt or Frankfurt is expected, particularly during onboarding and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or working student experience in marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or email marketing tools.
